Who we are
This site is operated by Media Mates Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 698 578 700), trading as Media Mates ("we", "us", "our"). We are a senior-led performance marketing and SEO consultancy based in Australia. Contact: tejas@mediamates.com.au.
What we collect
When you submit our consultation form we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your website URL
- The challenge you'd like to improve and the channels you're running or considering
- Any additional context you choose to share
- Basic technical metadata (user agent, submission timestamp) used only to prevent spam
We also automatically collect limited technical information through analytics and advertising pixels (see below): IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, ad click identifiers (e.g. gclid, fbclid), and interactions such as form submissions.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, and follow up with related recommendations. We do not use it for automated marketing, we do not add you to any newsletter without your consent, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in our backend database (hosted on Lovable Cloud / Supabase infrastructure). Access is restricted to Media Mates personnel who need it to respond to your enquiry. Copies of your submission are also delivered to our internal inboxes at tejas@mediamates.com.au and tejascpk@gmail.com.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share it with service providers strictly necessary to operate this site and its email delivery (hosting, email infrastructure), and where required by Australian law.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as it's reasonably needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tejas@mediamates.com.au and we'll action reasonable requests within 30 days.
